Returns & Refunds Policy
At Creations 2 the Heart, each item is handmade with care. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we have the following policy in place.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all product descriptions, photos, sizing, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may begin and the order can no longer be canceled.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold. For this reason, these items are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at creations2theheart@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.
Shipping-Related Issues
Handmade items may shift slightly during transit and may only require minor adjustments upon arrival. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your shipping carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
