Welcome to Creations 2 the Heart. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or purchasing from our shop.
1. General Conditions
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Products & Handmade Disclaimer
All products sold by Creations 2 the Heart are handmade, and many are custom or made-to-order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may begin and the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
Processing times, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
6. Local Pickup / Public Meet-Ups
Local pickup or public meet-ups may be offered by prior arrangement only. Details must be confirmed in advance.
Once an item is picked up, it is considered delivered and accepted.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Minor adjustments due to shipping movement are not considered damage.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the property of Creations 2 the Heart and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creations 2 the Heart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creations 2 the Heart from any claims or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
