At Creations 2 the Heart, we are a handmade, home-based business located in Florida. Each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail, and we want you to know exactly what to expect when placing your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Our items are handcrafted. Some products are made to order, while others are ready to ship.
- Made-to-order items: Please allow 10–15 business days for creation before shipping
- Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time. Processing times may be extended during holidays or high order volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within the United States and order size.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping is not currently available
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Delays
Creations 2 the Heart is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
